GREEK SALAD

Ingredients
romaine lettuce, shredded
iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/4 pound hard salami, sliced into thin strips
1/4 pound pepperoni, sliced into thin strips
1/4 pound ham, sliced into thin strips
4-6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
4-6 ounces grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup black or kalamata olives, drained
1 small red onion, julienned
at least 1/2 cup pepperoncinis
1 package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions
Make a bed of shredded lettuce on a serving platter, top with layers of each ingredient.
Serve with your favorite wine and friends.
