Bacon Cheese Muffins

Indredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
cooking spray
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
Spray cups of a muffin pan.
Fill muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven to a cooling rack. Brush tops of muffins with melted butter. Remove from pan and serve.
