Creamy Ranch Pork Chops & Rice

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 package ranch salad dressing mix
1 package wild rice

Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides.
In a bowl, combine the soup, milk and salad dressing mix. Add soup mixture to the skillet and heat until good and bubbly, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Prepare rice according to the package directions.
Make a bed of rice on serving platter, pour soup mixture over rice, top with pork chops.
Great with a side of steamed vegetable medley.
