BBQ/Ranch Meatballs

Ingredients:


Meatballs
1/2 ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground chicken
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper

Sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2/3 cup BBQ Sauce
2/3 cup Hidden Valley ranch dressing

Directions:

Meatballs
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes.

Sauce
Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan, and heat until bubbly.

Place meatballs on a serving platter, add sauce, and serve.
